The AR-STONER AR-15 EV2 Billet Upper Receiver Assembly in 5.56x45mm comes with charging handle, shell deflector, and M-LOK handguard. This EV2 Billet upper does not include a front or rear sight, making it a great platform for a red dot or scope (sold separately). Bolt carrier group is not included.
